What do I need to rent a trailer?
You will need a valid driver's license, proof of insurance for your towing vehicle, and a credit card for the security deposit. Your vehicle must also have the appropriate towing capacity and hitch setup for the trailer you're renting.
What size hitch ball do I need?
Our Car Hauler Trailer requires a 2" ball, while the Enclosed Trailer requires a 2-5/16" ball. Both trailers use a 7-pin electrical connection for lights and brakes.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, we require a $100 security deposit for all trailer rentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon return of the trailer in the same condition it was rented.
What are your rental rates?
We offer competitive daily, weekly, and monthly rates. The Car Hauler Trailer starts at $95/day, and the Enclosed Trailer starts at $125/day. Weekly and monthly rates offer significant savings for longer rentals.
How do I book a trailer?
You can book online through our website by clicking "Book a Trailer" or call us directly at (865) 257-5516. We recommend booking in advance, especially during busy seasons.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans can change. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup to cancel or reschedule your reservation without penalty.
Do you offer delivery and pickup?
Yes, we can arrange delivery and pickup of trailers within the Knoxville area for an additional fee. Contact us for availability and pricing.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Knoxville and the greater East Tennessee area, including Farragut, Maryville, Oak Ridge, Clinton, and surrounding communities.
What is the towing capacity needed for your trailers?
The Car Hauler has a 7,000 lb load capacity with a 9,500 lb GVWR. The Enclosed Trailer has a 7,000 lb load capacity. Your towing vehicle should be rated to safely tow the combined weight of the trailer and your cargo.
Are your trailers insured?
Our trailers are covered under our business insurance. However, renters are responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period. We recommend checking with your auto insurance provider about coverage for rented trailers.
Can I tow a trailer out of state?
Yes, you can take our trailers out of state. Please let us know your travel plans when booking so we can ensure you have all necessary documentation.
